WAYMAN EDUCATION is a specialist agency able to offer you three different solutions for your Job search ranging from Permanent, Long & Short Term positions to Daily Supply work in Primary and Secondary Schools.
We listen to what you are looking for in your next position and we tailor the opportunities we offer you to your criteria. We work with all types of schools in both the Primary and Secondary sectors whether Early Year Nursery, State Comprehensive, Grammar, Independent, Faith, Sixth Form, Academies and more. The Schools all differ one from another in what they offer; some will be big Schools, others small; the class sizes will vary; but most will have opportunities for development and progression.
There are three forms of employment:
Permanent
These positions will generally be direct contract with Schools where you will be paid to scale. This option is highly favoured by Support staff who want financial stability.
Long & Short Term
Long & Short term positions are paid on a weekly basis sometimes by us and sometimes by the school, depending on the length of contract. The process is straight forward: you will either start as soon as we have a position for you without interview if it’s a short term job or with an interview or trial day if the position is for a longer period. These positions can range from anywhere between 6 weeks to a year and can lead to Permanent positions.
Day to Day Supply
Daily Supply provides you with a great work-life balance as it allows you to decide when you want to work. We will normally notify you at least the day before you are due to work, unless the School advises us of a last minute urgency.
